Palasport Acireale
In between an area of 22.000 sqm, 5.500 of it covered, is the Palasport Acireale a multifunctional structure which is easily adaptable to every need thanks to the flexibility of its rooms which can be altered due to fit in moveable partitions of various types. It’s the only structure in the centre of the South which is able to accomodate national and international sports events which are linked to any type of indoor discipline (6.500 seats), big concerts, conferences and meetings, social and cultural events, fashion shows, exhibitions and fairs (up to 8.500 seats).
Within easy reach from the highway Messina-Catania and from the federal highway 114 and it is located near to the railway station of Acireale.

air-conditioners, electricity generators, an emergency-system for power failure, first aid, a public relations office, management offices, refreshment rooms, an electronical system for the score-boards, a modular telephone system, dressing rooms for the staff, storerooms, a parking area of 500 places, a guest-house with 25 beds, cloak rooms, ticket offices, a hygenic service for the public (standard and for handicapped people).
The building has been realized without any kind of architectural limits, is very flexible and handicap friendly. Moreover, the palace offers a series of advertising spaces of a great visibility.
